What is Holistic Health?
We are either balanced or unbalanced, aligned or misaligned, energy is flowing freely or it is blocked, and this is what makes us feel well or unwell, loving or fearful, peaceful or frustrated, joyful or sad, content or overwhelmed. When we are out of alignment, we feel like something isn’t right, things are missing from our life, we have trouble finding joy and satisfaction, we experience emotional and physical pain. Holistic Health brings imbalances back into balance. It the process of aligning the emotional, physical and mental bodies to stimulate wellness. When each part is functioning together, there is a natural flow of positive energy moving freely throughout the body and we feel joy, love, peace and fulfillment. A holistic approach to wellness is extremely effective because change occurs on all levels, mind, body and spirit, thus greatly improving a person’s overall quality of life. When all levels are in harmony, you are living in harmony.
